Planet generation 1st step

Hallo poeple,

Got my planet generator to work on my first few planets!, its a basic start.
still need to add lots of stuff like colors, atmosphere, hills, ect. in  the very future possibly also oil drills once captured,
Worked on this entirely on my own, it wont have any restrictions muahahaha

Technical: My planet generator also has LOD :)... with generated normals the edges of the craters look ugly... but I think it actually looks quite nice without the normals (ok you won thats a restriction then)

First working software of the Game

Holla readers,

Got some software working now, its not much but it is a start.
what I got working now is a solar system, with planets going around the sun. Also the camera works, it can zoom and pan. This all works with OpenGL And is an actual 3d environment. the circles are just flat .. circles :V, but they will be changed later. Most of the planets will also have moons

Gas giants will have more resources than the inner planets,
but its tech level will be way less.
(its moons will most likely have better tech levels)

Some interface design

Holla poeple

Got some interface design done, I think it looks nicely, Imagine this on a mobile phone, its EXCELENT!!1!! now lets hope this works good in practice

Here some screens:
You zoom into a planet you 'might' want to take over,
Suddenly welcome message pops up, telling general info
about the planet (or moon (or solar system even) )

Then you can tap it, and this interface pops up
Very fancy meter in it telling you about the capturing progress,
how much money the planet generates and what its
science level is.

Then lastly when you captured the planet, YOU CAN CREAT SHIPSZ!! D8
the gameplay objects, like planet and ships is not in this screenshot, simply because
I designed this earlyer and didnt thought about adding them yet for fancyness

Im thinking about having different interfaces for tablets and pc, because on those devices theres more room that you can use.

I am also busy with actually programming the game somewhat, but no visible progress for that yet..

Some Designs

Holla poeple,

I made some designs of the game, It should give you 'some' impression of how the game will look like, You can read more about the game Here. Anyway, here some designs wohoo!!
I inverted the colors because that would match the style of this blog. ITS CRAZY FKRN SMART!! D8

Planet and moon and + ships defending them
This will be your first scenario, with a little tutorial

Each captured planet can give you more ships

It will be hooked to your google account (at least for android)
You can do stuff with friends as well (but what..... yeah.... hm....)

Thinking about interface stuff.

And some designs of the ships themselves:
The following ships will be very common

Interstellar ships are the only ones that can go to other stars
Big... its a big ship, not a big 'interstellar' ship. bigger ships will come
Some medium sized ships can also carry fighters (see above picture :V)
They can carry their fighters with them into the interstellar ship

Can you visualize it already ??! Its going to be great! (or... yeah thats what i hope from you readers as well :V ) but my brain is excited, my body not so much its always sitting on a chair
